The Green Valley Bio-Tech Project is located in Pothampadam, Muthalamada Grama Panchayath, Palakkad District, Kerala. This project focuses on advanced plant production through tissue culture technology.
Using micropropagation techniques, entire plants can be developed from small tissue or plant cells in a controlled environment with a suitable culture medium. These plantlets are known as tissue culture raised plants.
The plants produced are exact genetic copies of the mother plant, ensuring consistency, quality, and high yield.
